Lorela has been with ChangeHome since 2015 and during this time she has worked with just about every aspect of the company giving her a vast knowledge and global view of ChangeHome’s mission.
Today she is the Key Account Manager of Property Management.
Before joining ChangeHome Lorela completed her studies in Economics and Management of Tourism at the University of Florence - a period in which she developed the ambition of pursuing a career in an international and multi-cultural environment. This dream has now become reality and as a native Italian in a Scandinavian context she takes pride in mediating and bridging the cultural differences between the Italian and Northern European culture.
She is highly passionate about her management tasks and takes pride in administering the properties of ChangeHome's key customers. Bureaucratic paperwork, day-to-day management, emergency interventions, cultural guidance - Lorela will do her outmost to take care of everything allowing our customers to sit back, relax and focus on enjoying their property in Italy.
Lorela speaks English, Italian and a little Albanian and her priority is to assist customers in all issues they may have as property owners in Italy. She feels very passionate about outdoor life, photography, vintage markets and live concerts to mention just a few and all these interests do indeed come in handy for our customer seeking insider information on what to do, see and explore in Italy. Lorela can’t wait to share all this with you!
Maj-Britt handles both front and back office functions, and deals with communication and online marketing.
Maj-Britt is from Denmark, but her passion for travel has taken her on countless trips and longer stays abroad in USA, Chile and Northern Norway, just to mention a few.
As a 17-year-old, during a school trip, she fell in love with Florence and she promised herself that one day she would return to live there. Many years later she also fell in love with an Italian man, and today she lives the Italian life in a small village in the hills outside Florence.
She has a Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management and Advanced Marketing as well as a Master degree in Tourism, followed by many years of work experience in the Danish and Italian hospitality- and tourism industry. She greatly benefits from her studies and previous experiences in her current job at ChangeHome and she sees it as her finest task to create a close relationship, based on mutual trust, with customers.
One of Maj-Britt’s strengths is that she lives the 'Italian life' from which she draws an extensive knowledge and insight into the Italian culture. At the same time, she also has a great understanding of what it means to be a newcomer in Italy - a winning combination and knowledge that benefits all the customers in Change Home.
Maj-Britt is the Back Office Manager for ChangeHome S.r.L.
