Giulia is ChangeHome Real Estate’s sales consultant, who will assist you in finding your dream house in Italy.

She helps to locate and select properties based on your wishes and needs, and takes you through every step of the buying process - right up until the day you receive the keys for your new home.

Giulia is a native Tuscan, giving her a great advantage when guiding clients in finding the perfect location for their new home - she really knows the region like the back of her hand. She has always had a passion for tourism, and completed her studies in this sector in 2004.

A yearlong career in the luxury hotel business, with many roles involving management and customer contact, has given her great organizational skills and a developed sense of customer care. Something she greatly benefits from in her current position.

Giulia is the proud mother of two wonderful boys, to whom she dedicates her time when she is not on the search for houses for our clients.

Giulia has been with Change Home Real Estate since 2021, and in a continuous quest for learning and developing her professional life, she is now pursuing her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent - a goal she hopes to achieve very soon.

Giulia’s knowledge of Tuscany and the neighbouring regions, her insight in the real estate bureaucracy, paired with high working standards and empathetic nature, ensures you a smooth and pleasant buying process. Whether you’re looking for a small apartment or a luxury villa, you are in safe hands.

Maj-Britt Kristensen

Maj-Britt handles both front and back office functions, and is in charge of online marketing and communication with our foreign customers.
Maj-Britt is from Denmark, but her passion for travel has taken her on countless trips around the world and extended stays in USA, Chile, Northern Norway and Greece, just to mention a few.

Maj-Britt fell in love with Florence during a school trip, when she was 17, and promised herself that one day she would return to live there. Her dream came true, and today she lives the Italian life in a small village in the hills outside Florence with her Italian husband and their cat Berta.

Maj-Britt has two Bachelor degrees, in International Hospitality Management and in Advanced Marketing, as well as a Master degree in Tourism, followed by many years of work experience in the Danish and Italian hospitality- and tourism industry. She greatly benefits from her studies and previous experiences in her current job and she sees it as her finest task to create a close relationship, based on mutual trust, with customers.

One of Maj-Britt’s strengths is that she lives the 'Italian life' from which she draws an extensive knowledge and insight into the Italian culture. At the same time, she also has a great understanding of what it means to be a newcomer in Italy - a winning combination and knowledge that benefits all our customers.

Maj-Britt is the Back Office and Marketing Manager for ChangeHome Real Estate.

Camilla Bondo Pedersen

Camilla is a certified real estate broker with a lifelong and never-ending passion for Italy. She is actually of Danish origin but at the age of 18 she lost her heart to the Italian lifestyle, culture and cuisine. She has a Master in Political Science from the University of Florence, a Master in Human Resources and is a certified real estate agent in Italy. Her passion for Italy has led to many personal and professional accomplishments and Camilla has the immense privilege of combining work and pleasure in just about everything she does.

As an Italian authorized real estate agent she combines her deep insight of the Italian culture with a vast knowledge of the national legislation in terms of selling and buying property in Italy.

Her multi-cultural background enables her to give her clients a full perspective of all the joys (and sometimes a few challenges) of acquiring a home in Italy. She generously shares her insight in Italian culture, everyday life, where to wine and dine and where to find the talented local artisans – all is revealed t those who wish to take the step and become an integrated part of the Italian lifestyle. It’s fair to say that after twenty years of long working hours, fun, experience and personal satisfaction Camilla has the soul of an Italian with the acknowledging eyes of a foreigner.

Zinit Dogra

Zinit is our fantastic project manager who will accompany you in every step of your construction project. Whether it’s a small refurbishment, the installation of a swimming pool or a large construction project, Zinit will assist you with all the bureaucratic procedures.

She’ll be the bridge between you and technicians, workers and suppliers and she’ll guide you through all the challenges that a construction project can bring.

Zinit is of Indian origin but was born and raised in Italy in a family of restaurant entrepreneurs. She has always worked jobs involving customer contact, and communication therefore comes naturally to her.

Her studies have been within the hotel and cruise business and her language skills have helped her in her many travels around the world – one of her absolute greatest passions.

Zinit is a highly empathetic person who finds inspiration and drive in new challenges. She has a great adaptive spirit and thrives in stressful situations such as in her role as a Guest Service Operator with Costa Crociere. Boarding a large amount of people with different backgrounds and demands, in a short amount of time, is a great occasion to transform a stressful situation into opportunity and customer satisfaction, to Zinit.

Her career in Change Home started in 2021 and during her time with us she has coordinated construction projects in France, Piedmont, Rome and in beautiful Tuscany.
