Lovely holiday apartment located in the heart of Tuscany in the famous town of Gaiole in Chianti - voted Europe's most idyllic place to live by Forbes Magazine in 2008.

The apartment is approximately 50 sqm. and consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living/dining room separated by a sliding door. There is currently a sofa bed in the living room, for the apartment to accommodate four people. The apartment complex was built in 2007 as a typical village in Tuscan country style, with stone facades and paved, cozy alleys.

All owners have access to a wide range of shared facilities such as a large swimming pool, fitness room, ping pong, laundry facilities, Tesla charging station etc. The complex is located on the outskirts of the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, and the town's central square, stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment complex is located in the town of Gaiole in Chianti - a typical Tuscan village with beautiful views, charming streets and squares and a lovely atmosphere all year round.

The town offers a large selection of restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars, wine bars etc. and you can get all basic necessities in the small supermarket, the greengrocer, the butcher shop, at the pharmacy, etc. It is also possible to rent scooters and bicycles in the town, and there are plenty of excursion opportunities, wineries and tourist attractions nearby.

It takes 30 min. to get to Siena, one hour to Florence, 30 min. to Panzano, 45 min to Greve, 45 min to San Gimignano, 45 min to Pienza, 60 min to Montalcino and Montepulciano, 40 min to Monteriggioni, and the coast and Umbria's Lake Trasimenoare both an hour and a half away.

The area is perfect for cycling, and offers some of the best wine experiences in the region.
